I am a licensed mental health counselor. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. I have five years of experience working in a community mental health setting and have been practicing for 8 years. I work with individuals who struggle with issues such as anxiety; depression; bipolar; psychosis; and trauma. I also assist with phase of life changes; stress; grief/loss; and spirituality.
