All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I help my clients move through challenges to live life to the fullest. My style of therapy is supportive, collaborative, and client-centered. I take into consideration your unique life experiences, cultural background, and personality, tailoring my approach to fit your needs. Together, we will create a plan to address your present-day difficulties as you learn new ways of coping or work through past experiences that may be affecting your ability to find balance and reaffirm your purpose. My approach combines compassion, empathy, and experience. I believe that those who feel safe, validated, and heard are often more open to genuine reflection and healing. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
