I provide therapy for individuals, families, children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in areas such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, ADHD, and relationship issues. My holistic, strengths-based approach tailors therapy to each client's goals. I use creative play and art therapy with children, family systems therapy with families, and cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, and other techniques as needed. Growing up in Chicago, I volunteered for various organizations and interned as an advocate for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. My mission remains the same as when I was a young child: to help those in need and contribute to making the world a more caring and loving place. I'm grateful to help others live happier and healthier lives.
