I am a Clinical Social Worker, Associate level who graduated with a Masters in Social Work from Eastern Washington University. My 17 years in the social work field demonstrates my compassion to work with people. My experience includes working with diverse populations from adolescents to geriatrics. I specialize working with individuals struggling with but not limited to: anxiety, depression, co-dependency, sexual abuse and women/family issues. My approach draws from different modalities but primarily help individuals to understand feelings, repressed emotions, thoughts, resolve internal psychological conflicts, look how past experiences and how they impact today’s behaviors and the relationship between mind and body.
