What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience with helping those in crisis, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, personality disorders, and more. Mostly I try to utilize a strength-based, solution focused approach to focus on an individual or couple with emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy. As a military veteran I am familiar with military culture which includes being culturally competent to a wide variety of beliefs and struggles. It is my passion to help others become their authentic selves with tools to navigate life always striving for balance.
