I earned my Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and furthered my education in Life Coaching, Holistic Nutrition, and Hypnotherapy at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA). Additionally, I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful tool for addressing trauma and other emotional challenges. My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered. I believe in the power of integrating various therapeutic techniques to foster positive change and help you reach your full potential. Whether we're working through childhood trauma, addiction, anger, depression, anxiety, or fear, I utilize a range of tools including Psychotherapy, Guided Meditations, EMDR, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support your unique needs.
