Whether you're sad, anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed, my services are designed to guide and support you in better understanding your issues and working through them.
I specialize in therapy aimed at optimizing the emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being of women and parents. I am a clinically licensed professional counselor with a Master's in Professional Counseling from the University of Phoenix and an endorsement from the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health as an Infant Family Specialist. I focus on prenatal and postpartum care, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationships.
Therapy provides you the emotional space to identify your feelings and thoughts without shame or judgment. I have additional training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Infant Mental Health. My goal is for you to become the best version of yourself, and I am here to support you along that journey.
