I'm dedicated to helping individuals feel heard, work through trauma, and develop resilience for a fulfilling life. I hold a Bachelor's from Smith College and a Master's in Social Work from Eastern Washington University. My background includes supporting LGBTQIA+ youth and families, Community Mental Health, and Aging and Disabilities services. My approach is person-centered, rooted in authenticity, integrity, and compassion. Building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship is a priority. With this foundation, we address trauma, change negative self-talk, overcome shame, and develop skills for better relationships. My focus is on anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ identity and relationship challenges for individuals 13 and up, with a strong emphasis on queer, trans, and gender-expansive young adults and LGBTQIA+ adults, as well as their families. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space for authentic self-exploration.
