As a therapist, I believe every story is different. I strive to provide a service centered around the client’s individual experience—a space that is safe, comfortable, and free of judgment. It is important that the client be in control of their own therapeutic experience. I see my role as a guide and emotional support for individuals as they navigate their own journey. To provide a more authentic experience and promote psychoeducation, I actively engage with clients through discussions and person-centered support. One of my favorite quotes is, “pain is real, but so is hope,” and that is the main goal of my therapeutic approach: to instill hope. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree from Ferrum College, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
