Taking the first step toward therapy is not easy. I have enjoyed being a therapist for the past 20 years because I love to help people. I identify each person's strengths, greatness, and uniqueness to guide them on their journey toward their goals in a supportive and nurturing manner. In our work together, it's important to build trust and know that you will not be judged. I will teach you the skills that will empower you to reach your goals.
As a mother of two neurodivergent children, I understand how important it is to have support and guidance to manage the complexities that come with being a special needs parent. I have had the privilege of working in the New Jersey Children's System of Care for the past 20 years, where I have learned about the resources and treatment options available for children with diverse needs.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
