Hello, I'm Lydia. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. With over 25 years in the mental health profession, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate through their challenges and live to their fullest potential. I provide individual therapy for a range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, addiction, and other disorders. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS). Whether you're dealing with PTSD, bipolar disorder, or navigating a life transition, I am here to support you. My clinical experience spans working at an inpatient psychiatric hospital, crisis counseling, and providing mental health and substance abuse outpatient therapy.
