I am a LMSW specializing in community partnerships. I’ve learned how meaningful quality relationships can be on re-approaching barriers, especially when these barriers feel very external, out of your control and/or systemic based. My clients are usually adults working towards better navigating intimate or interpersonal relationship challenges, exploring past trauma patterns, executive functioning challenges or gaining insight into mood distress, to develop a positive sense of self, and comfort existing in old & new spaces.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in exploring unconventional methods for coping—you are dynamic and your values, interests, ideas and current habits may feel conflicting yet can uncover your core needs in the work we do together. Self exploration through a client-centered approach, strengths-based perspective, CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing are modalities that I often engage Clients in to increase self awareness, self compassion and self respect.
