She relies on Certified Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART Therapy) and Trauma-Informed practices for her therapeutic treatment, an effective method for treating PTSD, CPTSD, trauma, addiction, and OCD. This approach also covers fears such as agoraphobia, dentophobia, and emetophobia. Unlike the typical 15-20 EMDR sessions required for relief, ART Therapy delivers in just 1-3 sessions.
