I love assisting others in managing their mental health and finding freedom in life. My career journey started at a domestic violence agency, where I gained a deep understanding of mental health. I then worked at a psychiatric hospital and a 28-day treatment program for various mental health disorders. Now, as an outpatient therapist, my goal is to help you create a meaningful and healthy life. I will assist you in learning skills to manage depression, anxiety, past emotional abuse, and unresolved trauma. Together, we will overcome unwanted behaviors, negative self-talk, and set healthy boundaries. I will meet you with compassion, directness, and honesty in a safe space to overcome your challenges.
