Before embarking on my counseling career, I was a public school teacher and a massage therapist, both of which have significantly influenced my counseling style. While I now primarily work with adults, I have also had the pleasure of working with adolescents and couples in the past. My approach to counseling is eclectic, allowing me to adapt to each client’s unique needs and situation.
