Together, we’ll help you build a life that feels more yours. My style is warm, relational, curious, and very human. I use CBT, ACT, DBT, ERP, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy, but I’m not here to throw jargon at you. I’ll help you understand your patterns, process what hurts, build skills that actually fit your life, and reconnect with what matters to you. I take therapy seriously, but I’m not cold or clinical. I believe therapy can hold honesty, humor, tenderness, and the relief of finally feeling understood. If you’ve been carrying the sense that no one has ever really “gotten it,” I’d like to try.
