Madison Savig, MA

Psychotherapist
1776 S Jackson St, Denver, CO
I’ve always been drawn to how deeply relationships shape people—and how painful it can feel when connection breaks down or becomes difficult to repair. At Confluence Family Therapy, I focus on helping people work through relational conflict and repair patterns that keep them stuck in disconnection. This often shows up in the context of grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, betrayal and infidelity, addiction, identity development, and long-standing relational patterns that are hard to shift on your own. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in mentoring and coaching roles, working with people from over 50 countries. Those experiences continues to shape how I understand people’s stories, especially the role that culture, context, and life history play in relationships. In sessions, I have an interactive and trauma-informed approach. I focus on slowing things down enough to understand what is happening beneath the surface, and what might need to shift in order to create healthier connection and more stability in relationships.
