My approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centered, meaning I prioritize your goals and empower you to take an active role in your healing process. Therapy is not about giving advice—it’s about helping you uncover insights, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop skills that align with your personal values and aspirations. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. My practice is inclusive, culturally sensitive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I have experience working with adults and couples on a wide range of concerns, including: Anxiety and stress management Depression and mood disorders Trauma and PTSD Self-esteem and identity exploration Relationship and family issues Grief and loss Career and life transitions A Collaborative and Empowering Process Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing your inherent worth, and finding ways to live a more fulfilling life. My hope is that, through our work together, you gain the tools and confidence to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and self-compassion. If you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your path to healing and personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to psychotherapy is client-centered, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. While each therapeutic journey is distinct, my general process follows a structured framework that includes intake and assessment, goal-setting, intervention, and evaluation. The first session is dedicated to understanding the client’s concerns, history, and goals. I create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to share their experiences. Once we have a deeper understanding of the client’s needs, we set specific, measurable goals. Depending on the client’s needs and preferences, I integrate various therapeutic modalities: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Identifying and restructuring maladaptive thoughts. Psychodynamic Therapy: Exploring unconscious patterns rooted in past experiences. Mindfulness-Based Therapy: Enhancing emotional regulation and presence. Trauma-Informed Approaches: Supporting healing from past traumas. Interpersonal Therapy: Addressing relational challenges. Sessions are interactive, focusing on skill-building, insight development, and emotional processing. Throughout therapy, I regularly check in with clients to assess their progress and make necessary adjustments.
