Psychotherapist
300 Cadman Plaza W, 12th floor, Brooklyn, NY
Being human is complicated—we spend every moment with ourselves, yet understanding who we are is a lifelong journey. Therapy is a space where we can slow down, get curious, and approach that journey with compassion instead of self-criticism. I love helping clients explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape them—what lights them up, what shuts them down, and what stories they tell themselves about who they are. My goal is to support you in making sense of your inner world so that you can move through life with greater clarity, self-acceptance, and alignment with your core values. My Approach I believe therapy should be as unique as the person in the room, so I pull from different modalities to best support each client. I use a psychodynamic lens to help clients uncover how past experiences shape their present, while also integrating cognitive and behavioral tools to navigate current challenges. I also incorporate Internal Family Systems techniques to help clients develop a more compassionate relationship with all parts of themselves—even the ones they might struggle with. Through this, I hope to help clients feel more empowered, grounded, and connected to themselves. What Supports My Own Well-Being I find joy in learning and creating, whether it’s making art, playing music, cooking, or caring for my plants. Engaging in hobbies keeps me present, reminds me to embrace imperfection, and strengthens my sense of self. I encourage my clients to explore what brings them joy, too—sometimes the simplest things can be the most grounding.
