These changes can make it difficult to move from one moment to the next, let alone the next day, especially when the tools we have to cope are no longer benefiting us. It can seem impossible to deal with these life stressors and escape from the overwhelming feelings that accompany them. I am here to help you through the journey of these life stressors and to create new ways to deal with them. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree, and I have 13 years of professional work experience. I specialize in helping clients with ADHD, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, intimate and romantic relationships, life transitions, spirituality, stress, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions. In my practice, I use a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused couples therapy, and multi-systemic therapy to help you achieve your goals. I believe in creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. By looking outside the box, whether as an individual or couple, you can feel empowered to enact great change in your life. I vow to always work towards developing a trusting relationship in which you feel heard. Together, we can break down the seemingly insurmountable barriers you feel in your life.
