Healing is a process of transformation—one that unfolds over time and honors each person’s lived experience. At Transform & Thrive, my mission is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where adults can explore what has shaped them, reconnect with their sense of self-worth, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned. I believe therapy works best when it is relational, intentional, and tailored to the individual, with room for both reflection and growth.

At Transform & Thrive, my mission is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where adults can explore what has shaped them, reconnect with their sense of self-worth, and move toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a warm, grounded therapist who values authenticity, curiosity, and meaningful connection. My approach is shaped by lived experience, identity, and loss, which allows me to bring deep presence and compassion into the therapy space. I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to be honest, reflective, and human. I integrate EMDR when appropriate, along with concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to you — we move at a pace that feels supportive while still encouraging growth. I often ask reflective, insight-oriented questions to help deepen understanding, and at times I may be direct in naming patterns or offering perspective, always with care and respect. My goal is to help you feel understood while also supported in making meaningful, values-aligned changes.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, sessions typically involve a balance of reflection, exploration, and practical support. We may process current stressors, explore emotional or relational patterns, and connect these experiences to your values and goals. I take a curious, collaborative approach—helping you better understand your internal experiences, reactions, and choices with compassion rather than judgment. Depending on your needs, sessions may include skill-building, insight-oriented conversation, or trauma-focused work such as EMDR. Over time, we focus on translating insight into action—supporting you in making changes that feel aligned with who you are and how you want to live. Therapy is an evolving process, and we regularly check in about what’s working to ensure the work continues to meet your needs.
