My practice is rooted in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, with expertise in family systems, grief counseling, and culturally attuned care. With a strong background working in schools, hospitals, residential facilities, and community-based settings, I am proficient in serving diverse populations.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once you request an appointment, please complete the intake forms you receive. Please be sure to include your Insurance id card and member ID. Once that information is received your appointment will be confirmed and you will receive a link for the appointment. The sessions will last approximately 60 minutes.
