I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California, with a PsyD from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have helped people from all walks of life discover the power they have within themselves. All people experience difficulties and challenges at some point in their lives. How we respond to these difficulties and challenges can create the space for a more fulfilling and happier life. This process can be both difficult and rewarding, so I deeply appreciate the courage needed to take those first steps toward change. I am a firm believer that true change happens when we make a conscious decision to do so-when we open ourselves to growth and becoming the best version of ourselves.
