I integrate various therapeutic elements including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and is certified in the Gottman Method Level 1 and Level 2. I am passionate about providing a safe space to cultivate greater self-understanding and compassion, in the hope of supporting you in experiencing life with more clarity and ease.
