My therapeutic approach is based in developmental trauma and attachment theory, exploring clients' origin stories to learn the root cause of unhelpful patterns. I am a trauma-informed therapist and I use somatic practices to help clients listen to the wisdom of their mind/body connection. I primarily use mindfulness, DBT, parts work & EMDR, weaving in elements of CBT & ACT. We each hold so much power for our own healing and my aim is to help you develop awareness and compassion for all aspects of self, as we work together to help you reach your goals.
