Being vulnerable and initiating the healing process is the hardest part of the journey and deserves to be celebrated! As a therapist, I value prioritizing mental and emotional health as an important part of thriving. I work with adults 18+ to address their childhood and relational trauma that continues to impact their current lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I implement a friendly, collaborative and directive approach while also incorporating humor and levity, psychoeducation and honesty. I am straightforward but flexible to meet you where you're at. I show up as authentically as possible and ask that you do same.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our initial session, we will focus on you sharing important details of what has brought you to therapy and creating a roadmap toward your goals. Follow-up sessions will focus on helping guide you to process barriers and implement helpful strategies to improve the quality of your life. Our sessions will help to learn how to connect and better understand what is concerning you while offering non-judgmental support and ideas to help you manage stressors more effectively and work toward your ideal life.
