I am offering telehealth sessions through Therapy Notes and Spruce Platforms. We are living in challenging times, and many people are struggling to cope with the issues we face today. These challenges affect us in various ways, both directly and indirectly.
If you are suffering from trauma, anxiety, or substance abuse, I am here to assist you on your journey toward developing positive coping skills to manage your life. I have 17 years of experience working with the mental health and substance abuse populations. My approach focuses on how outside relationships affect your well-being.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Personal relationships are the center of problems that we face. Improving our outside relationships may help you understand how past events affect our thought process, work together to discover the root of the issue and understand how generational trauma creates negative patterns in our lives. I will provide a comfortable environment to discuss various topics.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
