I enjoy taking a nonjudgemental and collaborative approach to mental health. My approach is highly personalized, integrating innovative, evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve powerful change. Modalities I use include the use of mind-body techniques to help clients improve their ability to self-regulate uncomfortable emotional states. I also enjoy using cognitive, dialectical, and behavioral approaches to help clients become more aware of unhelpful thinking patterns while experimenting with change in manageable steps. My approach is interactive, warm, and accepting. My goal is to help clients achieve optimal growth and balance.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first sessions, we'll create a safe, supportive space to explore your concerns and goals. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan to support your growth, emotional well-being, and lasting change. I use a solution focused and goal-oriented approach to help clients manage trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges. I teach you skills to overcome anxiety, depression, ADHD, lack of self-love, relationship or parenting struggles.
