My approach is very much patient centered and I have great success in working together with my patients to establish helpful solutions that can be easily integrated into their daily lives.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with people who are going through difficult periods in their lives and dealing with issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have had success working with individuals who are having a hard time adjusting to new chapters in their lives, such as transitioning into adulthood or other life phases using a patient centered approach as well as CBT and strength based methods. I believe therapy should not feel like a chore but be a joint effort between the patient and therapist in discovering new ways to cope.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

There is not always such thing as a typical session, it can look different everytime! depending on what you need we will go over coping skills, tool and whatever you may need to be able to face the things you want to achieve head on.
