Hello, I'm Maria. Have you ever felt like past trauma, negative experiences, addictions, or anxiety rule your life? Do you wish you could experience serenity even through the hard times? I use client-focused DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and trauma-informed therapy in a safe and welcoming space. I believe that it is important to learn how to build ourselves up from the inside, working on our esteem and self-worth. My approach to therapy is one of wholeness, seeing each person as their complete self, not just the hurts and current challenges. I work together with my clients at my office in Fort Collins to find and heal the root of their issues and create positive life changes. I work with all individuals aged 15 and older in individual sessions. I believe that an accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere is crucial to therapeutic success.
