I am a licensed creative arts therapist with over a decade of experience, practicing since 2013. I hold a master's degree in drama therapy from New York University. My approach integrates psychoanalysis and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) within a person-centered framework. What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help clients manage anxiety, stress, and depression, whether from life changes, relationships, or personal challenges. In our sessions, we'll explore your concerns and create a plan to restore balance and well-being. Many clients start noticing relief within the first month, with lasting improvement over time.
