As we get to know each other, we'll discover what style and techniques work best for you and go from there. Our attachment style leads to how we show up in relationships, how we feel when we're in them (safe/not safe), and how we react as a result. Making sense of our life experiences, putting them in context, allows us to pave a successful path for a better future. It's empowering. I'd like to help empower you. My techniques are tailored to best meet you where you are, meaning we don’t do or talk about anything you’re not ready for. I will always respect your boundaries. I offer a friendly, warm, reflective space where difficult feelings, behaviors, and thoughts can be safely explored in a non-judgmental atmosphere to help us grow, change, and become the best version of ourselves. I work mostly with adults, adolescents, and families to help overcome the difficulties of life and relationships within the family system. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and the University of Denver with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). When I am not working, I spend most of my time outdoors in the beautiful state of Colorado, traveling the country and internationally whenever possible.
