I am a licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience working with children; adolescents; adults; families; and couples. My goals are to help individuals achieve their highest potential; develop healthy coping skills; and live the life they aspire to. I specialize in the treatment of adjustment disorders; anxiety; child behavior problems; codependency; depression; family crisis; grief and loss; life transitions; substance abuse and trauma. I completed my undergraduate work in New York; and earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Florida; with honors.
