Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of populations, including active duty personnel, veterans, adults, and adolescents. My primary treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). However, I believe that one size does not fit all in therapy, so I often incorporate other approaches to best meet the unique needs of each client. I firmly believe that everyone has the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, free from overwhelming stress, trauma, and addiction. My ideal clients are those who are ready to engage in therapy voluntarily, as I find that the most meaningful progress happens when we work together as a team. My goal is to listen attentively and collaborate with you to determine your therapy goals, ultimately leading to a favorable outcome.
