Hello, I'm Mariah, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an MA and over 10 years of experience as a counselor and life coach. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, domestic violence, career challenges, and sexuality. I have also supported many individuals who have experienced physical and sexual trauma and emotional abuse. My counseling style is nurturing and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, and transpersonal counseling. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
