Over 7 years in community mental health have equipped me to work with clients of all ages, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and perinatal mental health. I believe therapy is about personal growth and embracing life's challenges to find your true self. My approach blends strengths-based, CBT, and trauma-focused therapies. I offer Telehealth services only. I'm originally from Wisconsin but lived in the Seattle area for over five years. While I'm on the East Coast now, I've always felt the Pacific Northwest is where I belong, which is why I've chosen to open my practice in Washington. In my free time, my husband and I enjoy outdoor activities like running, hiking, and spending time at the dog park with our Siberian Husky.
