Healing and rewiring the brain is hard work, but 100% possible. I promise to be by your side, cheering you on as you learn ways to heal enough to actually leave therapy. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Western Michigan University, which equips me with the skills and knowledge to support you on this journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm a tool and evidence-driven therapist whose goal is to help you unlearn the mental conditioning that helped you survive and function at one but, but now causes you distress. In addition to the normal weekly or bi-weekly therapy format, I also offer 12-day PTSD intensives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first appointment includes us getting to know each other and for me to learn about your history so I can understand patterns and potential needs. After your first session we begin working on your goals and discuss how you invasion your life, thinking, and emotions to be different. People usually begin with me on a weekly basis to get started.
