What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and free to express themselves. I believe in allowing clients to lead the pace and focus of our sessions, while I offer support, guidance, and insight tailored to their goals. My role is to walk alongside each person as they gain greater self-awareness, learn practical tools, and build on their strengths. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients feel empowered in their lives and confident in their ability to make meaningful change.
