Finding meaning is a personal and unique journey. At Empowered Insights, we are committed to helping you discover meaning that is significant to you. We support you in understanding who you are without your loved one while redefining and establishing a new relationship with them in a way that honors your grief and healing process

Therapy is available through HIPAA-compliant telehealth, allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort of your home or even during your lunch break. Each session lasts approximately 53 to 55 minutes, offering flexible and convenient support on your schedule.

I’ve been seeing Marilee for a few years now and she has helped my mental state so much. She is so supportive and caring. I’ve gone through a few other counselors and therapists and always Felt judge but never with Marilee.

Marilee is great, she helps me put the words to my thoughts and feelings. I like that the sessions feel organic and not so "Q and A". Marilee is also very knowledgeable and I appreciate that she can give me the meaning and the background to some of the things we cover during our sessions, it helps me understand and make connections to what we discuss.
Marilee has been awesome and I appreciate her and our sessions.
