What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with a variety of clients from a college counseling center to a substance use recovery facility. I am provisionally licensed in Florida and Washington.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I will work with you to develop an achievable treatment plan and use the most effective practice. My therapeutic style is person-centered and trauma-informed. I use an integrated approach. I use primarily CBT, DBT, CT-R, and Motivational Interviewing. I am currently incorporating IFS, EFT, and ACT. My former clients have called my practice engaging, effective, and goal-oriented. I could be described as compassionate, flexible, and understanding.
