My background includes extensive experience in both school and outpatient settings, where I have supported children and families through various challenges. I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Certificate in Advanced Counseling from the University of Lynchburg. My specialties include anxiety, children's mental and behavioral health, family relationships, grief and bereavement, multicultural and diversity issues, PTSD, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. I am here to support you and your family on your journey to well-being.
