Then there are those moments that are so heavy that we are exhausted from carrying the burden all on our own. My approach to therapy is centered around you and your needs. I am here to help you navigate those unexpected obstacles. I include foundations of cognitive behavioral therapy to address anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also incorporate a solution-focused approach to situations that are not as heavy as others. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Fayetteville State University, which have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively.
