We offer our services to individuals and couples both in person and via convenient online video and phone appointments. You can access our services from the comfort of your own home or surroundings, or even on the go, using a computer or mobile device with a stable internet connection. The video consultations are strictly protected to ensure complete privacy between us, the healthcare providers, and our clients. Research has shown that e-Therapy is as effective, if not more so, than in-person counseling. If you prefer face-to-face counseling, we have an office located in Chatham-Kent. I have practiced for over 25 years, helping individuals and couples overcome difficulties and challenges. I provide counseling to adults, couples, families, and children for a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, conflicts, divorce, loss of a relationship, anger, and wellness. I have experience treating PTSD in military personnel, first responders, and individuals who have gone through traumatic events and accidents. Because of the sensitive nature of trauma, I only treat clients dealing with trauma in my office through face-to-face meetings. I have also worked extensively with individuals on wellness issues, personal growth, and improving their overall quality of life. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling from Boston University, which has equipped me with the skills to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client’s needs in a comfortable and supportive environment. My goal is to relate to each client as a human being, assisting and empowering them to strive toward health and wellness.
