For nearly four decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families in Michigan as they navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strength. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Pennsylvania and have devoted my career to helping people find hope, clarity, and confidence in themselves.
My work focuses on supporting those dealing with stress, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance addictions. Together, we’ll work toward healing, building trust in yourself, and improving communication so you can move toward the life you want. I believe therapy is a journey of empowerment and I’m here to celebrate your courage in taking the first step.
Outside of my work, I cherish time spent with my grandchildren and family, who bring joy and balance to my life.
