I’m a Social Worker serving clients across Washington State through secure and flexible telehealth appointments. I bring more than 30 years of clinical experience to my work, along with a career path that’s taken me from community mental health settings to private practice, military mental health leadership, and crisis intervention roles across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation — grounded, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Over the years, I’ve supported individuals, couples, families, teens, military members, first responders, and people facing acute stress or crisis. I’ve supervised multidisciplinary teams, provided mental health leadership on U.S. Air Force bases, and offered clinical support to deployed service members. I welcome clients age 13 and older and work with individuals, couples, and families. If you’re looking for a therapist who brings depth of experience, steady presence, and a down to earth style, I’d be honored to connect with you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation — grounded, respectful, and focused on what matters most to you.
