Hello, I'm Mark. In our lives, we deal with many different types of struggles, which can seem insurmountable. These struggles can impact our lives physically and mentally, making life seem unmanageable; however, I believe that these obstacles are what help make us who we are. I feel that every person has it within themselves to overcome these hurdles, making them a stronger person on the other side. I graduated from Regis Jesuit University in 2020 with a master’s degree in Counseling. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addiction Specialist, I have been doing agency work for the past 3 years. Prior to this, I worked for Arapahoe House, where I helped clients who were struggling with addiction get clean and sober to regain their life. I enjoy working with adults, using cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as motivational interviewing to help my clients talk through the issues they are facing from a nonjudgmental perspective. My goal is to help you reach a place where you feel strong enough to handle the barriers in your life. I believe change is possible with work. Specializing in areas such as addiction, anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, life transitions, spirituality, and stress, I am here to support you through various challenges. Whether you're dealing with a significant life transition or seeking to manage stress and anxiety, I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your feelings and develop coping strategies. I understand that reaching out for help can be daunting, but taking that first step is a sign of strength. If you're ready to embark on this journey towards healing and self-discovery, I'm here to walk alongside you. Let's work together to create the change you seek.
