After you book an appointment, a representative will call you to get your card information and confirm your appointment details.* I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a Master's degree in Psychology from Antioch University in Seattle. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have treated individuals in crisis, psychiatric residential facilities, incarcerated individuals, active military and veterans, and clients in private practice. My therapy style is informed by transpersonal psychology, family systems, Jungian psychology, and Psychosynthesis theory. I provide a safe place for clients to gain insight, explore themselves, and heal. As a Clinical Supervisor approved by the State of Washington, I also work with clinical therapists gaining pre-licensure hours. Outside of work, I am a Pacific Northwest native, raising two daughters and two pups in the Seattle area. I entered this field out of curiosity about human experience and a desire to be of service. Working with people has given me great meaning and reinforced my belief in human goodness and resiliency.
