I had been told all my life I was a good listener. 8 years later, when considering a career, I chose a master's in counseling to help people with my best skill set. I’m driven by the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change. My goals for you I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth.
