Getting to know Mary OLaughlin

I strongly believe in the brain body connection and utilizing methods to support holistic healing, not just addressing symptoms. In our healing space your more than symptoms and a diagnosis and my goal is to provide you with a safe comforting environment to approach healing. I collaborate among a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-based practices to support the unique needs of each individual. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) which has supported me in helping several veterans and individuals with trauma. I would feel privileged to begin your mental health journey with you. While this can present with several mixed emotions, my goal is to meet you where you are and grow from there.
