What should a new client know about working with you?

With over 16 years’ experience as a social worker in varying settings like community mental health, acute care hospitals both behavioral or medical, & hospice care, I have come to appreciate clients being the teacher and advocate to improve their quality of life and learn skills to reduce symptoms and live life. My practice has expanded to treat trauma of loss, to include death or loss of ability with EMDR modality to help move you through trauma safely and presently.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Do you find that sometimes you are your own worst critic? Let's tell that critic to keep their mouth shut and live a fulfilled and value directed life. Have you lost a loved one, our relationship, or an ability? Grief and loss are like a wave that ebbs and flows throughout our lifetime. Are you ready to get on the wave? I would like to help you regain the balance that you need to live your valued life.
